Samsung officially introduced its long awaited big brother to their smash hit Galaxy Note....The Galaxy Note 10.1.   Featuring the same advanced Wacom digitizer based S-Pen stylus system and with specs including a 1.4 GHz Exynos quad core processor, 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 screen, 2GB of ram, microSD slot (memory expandable to 64GB), stereo speakers, 1.9 mp front-facing / 5 mp rear cameras, a 7,000mAh battery and running on Ice Cream Sandwich, Android 4.04.(the company promises a Jelly Bean upgrade soon)

Other features include a built-in IR blaster to control your HDTV and a bunch of new custom software including 'live panels' for true multitasking.  This gives you the ability to watch a video, write email and read a website...all at the same time on the same screen.  Without a doubt the best multitasking capabilities of any tablet yet and we think it'll be a boon to the productivity inclined.   The Galaxy Note 10.1 also comes with a number of built-in S-Pen optimized apps including Adobe's Photoshop Touch and Samsung's own S Note.   The new 'Note' has been redesigned as we've mentioned before to include a built-in reservoir to hold the S-Pen when not in use and is available in grey or white color combos.    A cellular version featuring HSPA+ will be introduced soon but for now only the Wifi models are available with the 16GB and 32GB shipping starting tomorrow.
