In a recent Bloomberg report Samsung has revealed that their new Galaxy Note II super phone has begun selling through most of the world through 260 different operators in 128 different markets.  The one major market still awaiting the 5.5 inch phablet is the United States and if the picture below below as reported by Engadget is to believed then those in the U.S. won't have to wait much longer.   The image below contains what are believed to be the AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile variants of the GN II with all the appropriate wireless protocols.

The company is holding an event on October 24th in New York City which is widely expected to be the coming out party in the U.S. for the Galaxy Note 2 for all major carriers simultaneously.  Samsung head of mobile, J.K. Shin has big hopes for the Note II, stating in a press briefing in Seoul, the 2nd generation Note "will probably sell three times faster than the previous Note did in the first three months, as more carriers are set to offer the product,".   This bodes well for sales of the Note II as it was reported in August that the company sold their 10 millionth original Galaxy Note worldwide proving the large form factor phone which has garnered the nickname of a 'phablet' has a large base of eager fans.  We'll bring you all the details from the October 24th event right here on the Galaxy Note Forums.
