Lisa Gade from 'MobileTechReview.com' does the best video reviews in the business.  She's also a tech aficionado like few others with tons of experience, admiration and knowledge for all the latest developments in mobile tech and a flair for pointing out the most pertinent and noteworthy features of new tech devices.   She does her usual fantastic job here on the Galaxy Note 8.0 pointing out all the strengths of Samsung's new addition to the 'Note' line.

Lisa in this review more than any other I've seen points out tons of unique software features that I haven't heard mention in any other review.  From the cool feature that Samsung includes that recognizes if a user is in front of the screen to prevent the screen from dimming or going dark to the inclusion of the full version of Polaris Office, which can create MS Office docs.   In addition to S-Note she shows the new aNote HD, the great new video player and additional Samsung apps like 'Lecture Notes'.  She was really wowed by Infinite Painter, a simply amazing drawing too for the S-Pen and shows how the pressure sensitivity that works with the built-in digitizer.

Lisa also shows the awesome 'Lecture Notes' and 'Awesome Note', which uses handwriting recognition.  All of these also use palm rejection so you can lean your palm on the screen and write with no problems.

There's tons more than Lisa covers and in fact she says despite the price being $399 and most thinking this is a competitor for the iPad Mini...in reality this is a powerhouse that beats out the Nexus 10 and really compares favorably in power to the iPad 4...for $100 less plus the addition of all that great S-Pen functionality and software.  Check out the review above and you can see the full written review at her site, MobileTechReview.com.
